Advertising Information

Why should you advertise on FlashReport.org?

Every day, the FlashReport is read by thousands of readers here in California, in Washington, D.C. and around the nation. Who reads the FlashReport each day?

Based on interactions with our readers, and a review of the FlashReport Daily Update subscription list, FR is seen daily in the White House, the Halls of Congress, the Governor’s Office. It is read by legislators, lobbyists, political consulants, interest groups, donors, and grassroots activists,

Hundreds of reporters from all of California major papers, radio talk shows, and many television stations read the FlashReport.

Take a look at our testimonials to hear directly from Members of Congress, the State Legislature, local elected officials, legislative staffers, lobbyists, consultants, columnists and reporters!.

There are two ways to advertise to the readers of the FlashReport:

PLACING ADS ON THE WEBSITE

Standard ad rates for the FlashReport website are very straight forward — $350 a month (net) for placement on the right column. These ads are on the main FlashReport page, as well as on the Commentary page and appear on the Blog page. Standard ad placement is also straight forward, with ads in the column moving up as preceding advertisers stop an existing ad.

For information about our Premium Ads (across the top of the site) and our Flagship Ad (the big one on the left), contact us via e-mail.

Normally an initial commitment of 3 months is preferred (we hate paperwork).

REACHING OUT TO FLASHREPORT E-MAIL SUBSCRIBERS

Many thousands are subscribed to receive the FlashReport e-mail alert. In order to protect the privacy of these individuals, we do not sell, rent or make our subscriber list to others. However, on a very occasional basis, we are willing to send something from the FlashReport to our readers on behalf of a cause. This form of advertising is not common for us, and pricing would need to be negotiated directly with the Publisher.
